You will lead an established strong Dr. Wolff Group brand in Germany as an internal entrepreneur. Taking full P&L responsibility, you will develop the business unit strategically, drive profitable growth and secure long-term market leadership. Acting as the brand CEO, you will be decisive, commercially excellent and have a sharp eye for market opportunities, consumer needs and value creation.

- Entrepreneurial Business Leadership: Take full ownership for the Business Unit including revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth. Define and drive the long-term business and brand strategy for Germany while continuously challenging the status quo to unlock new growth potential.
- Brand & Portfolio Management: Lead the product portfolio and innovation pipeline from ideation to launch, prioritizing initiatives by commercial impact and sharpening brand positioning versus competition.
- Go-to-Market & Commercial Excellence: Own the national go-to-market strategy (campaigns, launches, promotions), steer key commercial levers (pricing, portfolio, distribution, media) and leverage data to maximize value creation.
- Product & Communication Strategy: Architect and execute compelling product, communication, and claim strategies that differentiate the brand, fuel sustainable growth, and resonate with evolving consumer needs.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams; work closely with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Operations and act as a strategic partner to executive and international stakeholders.
