Job description

The role can based in Germany (Mannheim), The Netherlands (Panningen) or our HQ in Belgium (Brussels) and will require up to 30% of travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage product (includes services, systems and solutions) portfolio and life cycle in line with the segment and category strategy (product launches, price setting, value pricing, margin optimization, cost optimization, make-or-buy decisions, vendor management, promotions, harmonization, rationalization,...)
• Build application and product knowledge and propose changes to the product portfolio
• Train and provide technical application, product and solution support to Sales
• Understand market trends, customer and stakeholder needs and capture the Voice Of the Customer, conduct competitor analysis
• Build innovation pipeline and interface with IPD and Engineering for new developments
• Track category performance and recommend corrective actions

Requirements

• University degree in disciplines related to Engineering and/or Business Administration preferably.
• Experience in leading teams from remote
• High Experience in assessing customer needs
  Knowledge and experience within a relevant B2B(2C) product and solutions
  industry
• Knowledge of electrofusion and/or mechanical joints are strong plus
• Experience working in complex, international and multi-stakeholder environment
• Fluent in English – German and French are nice to have
