Your tasks

  • As an Inside Sales Specialist, you are the central contact person with an interface function for our sales force and our national and international customers in the EMEA region.
  • Your task is to provide telephone advice and administrative support to our customers, partners and interested parties, including pre-sales advice and after-sales support
  • You will be responsible for preparing, processing and following up inquiries and quotations.
  • You will check incoming orders, monitor deadlines and coordinate delivery times.
  • You will maintain customer master data in the merchandise management system and the CRM system.
  • You will be responsible for lead, quotation and opportunity management in the CRM system.

Your profile

  • You have completed commercial training / studies or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have professional experience in cross-border internal sales.
  • You are adept at working with merchandise management systems, CRM systems and MS Office.
  • You communicate very well in English and German and are therefore service and customer-oriented at all times.
  • You are committed, structured, determined and independent.
