Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for helping others and a desire to work in an international environment? We're looking for Customer Service Agents to join our growing team in Greece, representing one of the world’s most well-known and respected brands!
What You'll Be Doing:
-Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve issues and provide support
-Tracking and following up on cases to ensure timely and efficient resolution
-Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while upholding the values of a major global brand
-Building professional relationships with customers and partners, showing empathy and understanding
-Working towards achieving both client-defined and internal performance targets
This role includes full, paid relocation package including flights, travel costs and accommodation.

Requirements
-Fluency in German (spoken and written)
-Strong communication skills in English
-Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
