🌍 Trilingual Operations Manager (m/f/d) – Insurance Sector | Schleswig-Holstein

Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for optimizing operations in a fast-paced environment? A well-established insurance provider in Schleswig-Holstein is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (m/f/d) fluent in German, English, and French to oversee and enhance its international workflows.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and coordinate operational teams across multiple regions.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a vital communication bridge between German, English, and French-speaking stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, and manage cross-border projects.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including Claims, Underwriting, and Customer Service.

✅ What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in operations management, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Native-level or fluent German, English, and French.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the DACH and/or EU region is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with proficiency in modern CRM and workflow tools.
