Vice President Transaction Advisory / Strategy (m/f/d)

• Transaction Advisory (digital due diligence, exit readiness)

What we look for:

• You jointly take on the strategic leadership and further development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team with our management.
• You have overall responsibility for customer acquisition, team staffing, strategic project prioritization, project execution, success, and profitability, as well as customer satisfaction.
• You are responsible for the successful end-to-end implementation of international Commercial / Digital / Tech /Data Due Dilligence projects for buy-side and sell-side transactions, defining the appropriate strategy together with the customer, defining requirements, and ensuring the smooth implementation of customer projects.
• You drive the further development of internal know-how (Thought Leadership) as well as the establishment of partnerships with leading large- and mid-cap private equity funds.
• You establish and optimize the standardization of processes and templates, including quality assurance processes for ongoing projects or newly developed solutions.
• You play a proactive role in sales and pitching activities and develop new (AI) services based on current trends and industry developments.
• You work closely with the their Leadership Team from all departments.
• You represent our client and the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team at events, trade shows, and universities.
• You work together with the People & Culture Team on the further development of the Transaction Advisory / Strategy Team and support the recruitment of top talent.
  

Requirements

• You hold a university degree with excellent performance in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (an MBA is advantageous).
• You have 8+ years of professional experience, focusing on (digital) strategy consultinng, transaction advisory, or digital marketing.
• You have expert knowledge and a deep understanding of tech, marketing and AI, as well as the latest tools and current trends in the digital sector.
• You have proven experience and excellent skills in team coordination, leadership, and project management.
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and work in a structured and results-oriented manner.
• You excel in oral and written communication skills.
• You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with a high degree of self-responsibility and passion for your work.
• You speak English fluently; regional languages are an advantage.
