We are proud to be partnered with a leading provider of SaaS solutions company that is revolutionizing the renewable energy sector.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Engineering to lead the technical team in the development and delivery of their industry-leading SaaS product.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology roadmap, driving innovation, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our platforms.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize the technical roadmap and product features.
- Oversee the design, architecture, development, and deployment of scalable and secure SaaS solutions using React for the front end and .NET for the back end.
- Drive best practices in software engineering, code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, delivering high-quality software releases on time and within budget.
- Champion a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and learning within the engineering team.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical background with expertise in React for front-end development and .NET for back-end development.
- Hands-on experience in software architecture, design patterns, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Renewable Energy Industry experience.
