Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end execution of the HR Value Chain which includes recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
- In accordance with regional business strategies, work closely with senior management to develop and implement the HR strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing advice, guidance, and support on all HR matters across various HR modules to meet the business needs.
- Ensure HR compliance with both external laws and regulations, while ensuring company-wide compliance and mitigating HR-related risks.
- Identify and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure the effective delivery of HR services across the region.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 10 years of HR experience, demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
