SAP Project Manager
Job Description
SAP Project Manager is responsible for the implementation of national and international projects for Hicron customers. Responsibilities include the full project cycle - from the pre-sales stage, through planning and preparation, to monitoring the progress of implementation and final handover for ongoing maintenance.
A key role in this position is to support clients in their business transformation and change process, acting as a trusted advisor in project management and organizational change.
Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, including analysis, planning, development of solutions and schedules, coordination of resources and teams, and effective communication and presentation of results to stakeholders. In addition, the position requires oversight of progress reporting both to the client and at the Project Portfolio Management level.

Competencies we are looking for
A minimum of 3 years of experience in independently running SAP projects in the DACH region
At least one successfully completed complex project with international scope
At least one certificate in project management
Willingness to travel for business
Fluent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1), both oral and written
Ability to manage change and coordinate the work of a project team
Ability to manage projects in an international environment
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile, Prince
Presentation and negotiation skills, which are important for the course of the entire project, including at the level of the Steering Committee or Project Sponsors
Ability to consolidate data at both a general and detailed level
High communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and independence in decision-making
Ability to take initiative, take responsibility and be open to working in an engaging environment
Knowledge of project management support tools such as Jira, Confluence, Office365
