We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, with a focus on inbound demand generation. To further drive our growth story, you will be responsible for defining the right demand generation strategy and implementing it directly hands-on - always with an eye on a healthy ROI (SEA + SEO as initial focus areas)

Responsabilities

Paid digital : Set-up and optimisation of all paid digital channels

SEA (without agency) :

  • Continuous monitoring & improvement of the current SEA account (adjustment of bidding strategies, restructuring of ad groups depending on their respective performance, continuous search term tracking, identification of negatives)
  • Conversion optimisation of landing pages and ad descriptions
  • Identification and testing of further possible growth levers in SEA (new ad groups / keyword categories, increase of budget at similar cost / MQA)

Paid Social

Evaluation of current campaigns + definition of way forward (which type of campaigns, which content (type), which targeting)

Retargeting strategy

  • Definition and implementation of the retargeting strategy (how to chase leads that didn’t fill out any form yet)
  • Implement this in the respective channels (paid social, SEA, )Other pad digital channelsEvaluate + implement other digital channels (review ads, )

SEO : Define and implement SEO strategy (with agency for SEO content)

  • Evaluate current status-quo + continuous monitor SEO performance based on defined set of KPIs
  • Refine overall SEO strategy (awareness vs. conversion driven, content refreshes vs. new content creation; key levers for content + technical SEO to improve;

identify keyword areas to focus on) + clear action plan for next 6-12 months

  • Together with agency implement content SEO (create & refresh content; organize in-house / outside expertise for content
  • Reevaluate current agency, steer them continuously & monitor their performance
  • Coordinate (and / or if possible implement directly) technical SEO improvements

Other demand gen channels : Support leadership to identify, define and test other demand generation channels

Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B growth marketing (in a SaaS company would be a big plus)
  • Deep knowledge of SEA and SEO (not only on strategy, but also operational level)
  • Highly quantitative & analytical driven (bouncing numbers in Excel, or big data tools are your daily business)
  • Hands-on mentality - beside thinking strategically you are also keen to get your hands dirty and directly implement things
