About the role

We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer (f / m / x) to join our brilliant Infrastructure team. Reporting into our Head of Infrastructure you will work on different topics to help teams across Ada to proactively improve the ability to deliver maintain and support products related to infrastructure such as : Kubernetes clusters databases cache stores buckets CDN etc.

This is a remote position based in either the UK or Germany with a preference for those located in London or Berlin so you can access one of our offices.

What youll do

• Extend and improve our container-based Azure infrastructure running in Kubernetes and continue to automate away human toil.
• Partner with your colleagues from engineering to embrace the idea of self-service tooling making the best way the easiest way.
• Contribute to resilient CI / CD pipelines / processes to make sure that our engineering team is able to deploy features faster while being compliant to regulations.
• Youll enable a high quality and fast IT environment for services and resources for engineering and / or data teams to run their Java Kotlin and Python services backed by MongoDB Redis and / or PostgreSQL within Kubernetes clusters.
• Extend and maintain our automated monitoring and alerting systems.
• Train Developers on infrastructure and automation topics.
