SciNova are supporting a scale-up Biotech organisation HQ'd in Aachen who are developing state-of-the-art single cell sequencing technology used for rare disease detection.
They have grown by 45% in the past 8 months are as a result, they're searching for an motivated, ambitious and well-structured Executive Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, meticulously organised and confident in managing a broad range of tasks for my clients c-suite.
In addition, you will be responsible for the general running of the office and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant :
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Research, create, prepare and distribute presentations, reports, and correspondence to internal and external stakeholders.
- Create presentations after conducting thorough research.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements of the Executive Assistant :
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Discretion and confidentiality is essential.
- Fluency in English.
