A client in Hamburg is looking to build their finance team. They are an IPP company with around 300 employees and they are looking for an IT Specialist / Support. They are well known in the industry and they are involved in end to end project lifecycle.
Responsibilities :
- You are tasked with receiving fault reports and service requests through telephone, email, and a ticketing system.
- Your scope of responsibility includes the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware.
- Your role involves the analysis of issues, the discovery of solutions, and the resolution of problems.
- You will also provide on-site user support and offer guidance for any emerging concerns.
Qualifications :
You have successfully completed training within the IT sector and have gained initial professional experience in roles such as service desk, technical support, or a similar capacity.You possess a keen interest in IT topics and technology, and you're prepared to adapt to new tasks and domains.Your skill set includes a foundational understanding of supporting Windows clients and Office 365, specifically in the context of Active Directory.Additionally, you have a basic proficiency in providing support for iOS and Android platforms.German and English speakerBenefits
