your mission

are you looking for new challenges as a development engineer for high pressure technology, fluid technology engineer, r&d engineer for pump technology, specialist for high pressure technology or pump engineer? then come to falch! as an uhp hydraulics specialist, you will be the driving force behind the development of innovative high pressure hydraulic solutions for mobile high pressure water jetting technology. you will play a decisive role in ensuring our competitiveness through creative and convincing products.

design, develop, construct, elaborate and verify high-pressure hydraulic components, functions, systems and products until they are ready for series production
update, standardise, simplify and improve high-pressure hydraulic components, functions and systems
describe, select and design high-pressure hydraulic components, in particular pumps, lines, distribution equipment and blasting tools
prepare technical documentation, in particular specifications, models, production documents, specifications, reports, descriptions and instructions
plan, carry out, monitor and evaluate high-pressure hydraulic calculations, laboratory and field verifications, including test and inspection specifications
identify and evaluate technological trends
create detailed plans and concepts for high-pressure hydraulic sub-projects

your talent

degree in mechanical engineering, fluid engineering or process engineering

further training in hydraulics, flow simulation (cfd), numerical simulation (fem) or machining technology useful

many years of experience in high-pressure development as well as several years of product or industry experience

confident handling of erp, edm / pdm and cad software, ideally solidworks

experience with solidworks siumlation and solidworks flow siumlation desirable

creative, meticulous and comprehensible way of working with organisational and leadership skills

german and english suitable for everyday use

open and respectful demeanour as well as critical and conflict resolution skills

experience in team leadership and project management
