Yourresponsibilities :
Implementstrategic HR initiatives and consult leaders (VP or C Level) inyour respectivedivision
Improve existing HRprocesses andpolicies
Partner with thebusiness to identify improvement areas such as Employee Engagement,Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, LeadershipDevelopment
Use HR KPI andanalytics to drive decisions and monitorimpact
Partner with TalentAcquisition and People Operations to ensure a streamlined employeelife cycle
Mentor JuniorPeople Partners in theteam
Yourprofile :
Relevantexperience in strategic HR or HR leadership roles, ideally in afast growing (Tech)company
Ability to partnerwith relevant business functions, for example Technology orSales
Proven success inimplementing HR initiatives (hands on) to achieve strategicbusiness goals
Strongproject and stakeholder managementskills
Ability to interactwith leaders at all levels through excellent communication skillsand data driven analyticalthinking
