We're on the lookout for a passionate, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and help expand our community of aspiring tech professionals.
Location : Berlin or Hamburg (Hybrid / In-person)
Responsibilities :
- Working closely with external agency to drive performance and reach organizational goals
- Oversee, and refine performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Search, LinkedIn and YouTube, aimed at boosting user acquisition and engagement.
- Analytics and Insights : Dive into campaign performance metrics, track attribution, and utilize data-driven insights to suggest budget allocations and channel enhancements.
- A / B Testing : Continuously conduct A / B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- Reporting : Produce regular reports highlighting key performance metrics, furnishing actionable insights to steer decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver results and report performance
- Audience Testing : Experiment with and test various audience segments and growth avenues to enrich campaign targeting.
- Content Alignment : Ensure paid content aligns seamlessly with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Budget optimization to ensure efficient marketing spend while acquiring sufficient lead volumes across all our programs.
Requirements :
- Experience : 3-5 years of hands-on involvement in B2C performance marketing, with a focus on Meta and Google Search.
- Paid Social Media : Proficient in paid social media content creation and promotion.
- Language Skills : Native or expert-level proficiency in English; Expert-level German is advantageous
- Analytical Skills : Possess strong analytical capabilities, adept at drawing insights from intricate datasets.
- Budget Management : Skilled in effectively allocating and optimizing advertising budgets.
- Copywriting : Capable of crafting compelling ad creatives.
- Tracking and Attribution : Proficient in tracking and attribution methodologies to gauge campaign effectiveness.
- A / B Testing : Demonstrated experience with A / B testing methodologies and optimization strategies.
- SEO Knowledge : Familiarity with SEO best practices is desirable.
