Are you ready to take your German language skills to one of Europes most stylish, energetic, and opportunity-filled cities? We are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team in Milan!

What You'll Do:

  • Support German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.

  • Work closely with an international team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Contribute to process improvements and communication enhancements.

What Were Looking For:

  • Native or fluent German speaker with strong communication skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Previous customer support experience is welcome but not required.
