THE LOCATION : Augsburg Germany

THE ROLE

As a Software Project Manager at IGEL Technology you will take ownership of cross-functional software-related projects that are critical to the companys product development. You will work in close collaboration with Product Owners Development QA DevOps and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with organizational goals.

This role is ideal for a structured and reliable project management professional with hands-on experience in the software development environment who is ready to take responsibility for medium-sized initiatives without needing senior-level leadership authority.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently deliver assigned small to medium-sized software-related projects on time within scope and on budget
• Define project scope timelines deliverables and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Create manage and regularly update detailed project schedules plans and status reports
• Lead project meetings ensure effective team communication and coordinate cross-functional activities
• Proactively identify assess and manage project risks issues and dependencies
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders and PMO
• Escalate complex issues or critical blockers to PMO leadership when necessary
• Collaborate with product owners team leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate success and identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Apply and advocate IGELs standardized PMO processes templates and tools throughout the project lifecycle
