Tasks

  • Implementation and support of CRM systems such as Hubspot, which increase the efficiency of our customer processes
  • Development and implementation of process automation to optimize internal processes with cloud tools such as make.com, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence, Easybill & Co.
  • Responsibility for digitalization projects, from needs analysis and planning to implementation and evaluation
  • Close collaboration with various departments to ensure individual solutions for seamless integration and data managementAnalysis and continuous optimization of existing digital processes

Qualification

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in CRM systems, process automation and digitization, ideally in an agency
  • Sound knowledge in the implementation and customization of CRM software and automation tools
  • A structured and solution-oriented way of working, coupled with the ability to communicate technical topics in an understandable way
  • Motivation to actively help shape digital transformation processes and take responsibility for driving projects forward
