Your tasks:

• Function and load tests of various products
• Operation of the load test stands
• Assembly and disassembly of possible test setups on the load test stand
• Troubleshooting in hydraulic systems (e.g. tripod jack & axle jack).
• Type tests of initial equipment (by means of load test bench)
• Occasional destructive testing in the development and optimization of products (using a load test rig)
• Support in the preparation of product-specific test instructions and outlining of test aids
• Recording of deviations in quality notifications using SAP

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the field of metal or similar competencies acquired in practice
• First work experience in mechanical engineering industry with machining, welding, assembly and testing
• Good understanding of force flows and initial experience with hydraulic systems are an advantage
• Confident handling of drawings (also English/global standards)
• Initial experience with SAP or another ERP system an advantage
• Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English required
• Willingness to work in a two-shift operation
