About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Field Market Access Manager to drive the national market access strategy for stem cell therapy products in Germany. In this pivotal role, you will establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships, anticipate and shape changes in the German healthcare environment, and support product launches and reimbursement activities. You will report to the General Manager Germany, with a dotted line to the Global Director Market Access & Governmental Affairs, and will be involved in international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve, maintain, and enhance access for stem cell therapies in the German market.
• Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholders on the payer / provider side, healthcare professionals, medical societies, and political KOLs.
• Support product launch activities and develop / implement regional strategic and tactical plans.
• Support local access activities (e.g., AMNOG) and resolve reimbursement challenges as they arise.
• Contribute to global and regional initiatives in Market Access & Governmental Affairs.
