We are now looking for a dynamic and strategic
Manager Digital Transformation
to join our Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) Transformationand Digital development team.
In this role you will accelerate the digital journey for our newequipment and modernization sales and customer solutionsengineering to enhance operational efficiency customersatisfaction and business growth.
You will lead and executedigital transformationinitiatives aligned with our business strategy. You willcollaborate with sales customer solutions engineering IT andexternal partners to identify pain points and design impactfulsolutions. You will drive automation data-driven decision-makingand innovation across teams. You will own project scope resourcesand timelinesensuring delivery of high-value outcomes. You willact as the business owner in IT collaborations ensuring solutionsare fit-for-purpose. You will report directly to the Director CSETransformation and Digital Development.
To succeed in this role you should have :
Proven experience in digital operating model transformations andproject management.
Strong ability to translate business needs into digitalopportunities.
Experience leading cross-functional international teams.
Hands-on skills in process mapping workshop facilitation anduser engagement.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Microsoft DynamicsHubSpot or SAP is an asset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A design mindsetcomfortable with experimentation and learningfast.
Commercial awareness and understanding of B2B technical salesenvironments.
Full professional proficiency in English; other major KONElanguage is a plus.
