Your Mission
This isn’t your typical leadership role. As Services Director , you’ll establish a world-class service operation that delights customers, drives profitability, and fuels future growth . You’ll oversee all aspects of service delivery, including installations, helpdesk support, field service engineering, and spare parts management.
Your Responsibilities
Build & Lead : Recruit and develop a team of 8 service professionals to deliver outstanding results.Own the Service P&L : Drive profitability through continuous improvement and efficient processes.Deliver Excellence : Ensure timely helpdesk support, proactive monitoring, and seamless field service engineering.Optimize Operations : Manage spare parts logistics, device configuration, and installations to exceed customer expectations.Collaborate : Work with commercial, operations, and R&D teams to refine products, win new business, and execute flawless rollouts.Compliance & Safety : Foster a safe working environment and maintain adherence to all regulatory standards.What You’ll Bring
