- Lead and guide the management team and the whole organization of a developing and producing legal unit
- Review and develop strategy by business segment
- Leverage the global Rieter footprint
- Examine and push innovation pipeline and projects
- Further develop the service business
- Develop the organization to support today’s business, the strategy, and Rieter Group
