Our client is one of the key players in the Europeanbeverage industry.

As part of their growth, theyare looking for an HR Business Partner (m / f / d) based in eitherDüsseldorf or Würzburg area for the support of 5 plants inGermany.

YourResponsibilities

  • Regularconsultation and support of specialists and managers at theproduction sites on all personnel-relatedissues.
  • Ensuring personnel administration,support, and development in cooperation with the site personnelofficers.
  • Close coordination with variouscompany departments and plant management as well as ongoingcooperation with works councils.
  • Participationin the preparation of the annual personnel budget, personnelreports, and statistics, as well as their monitoring andmaintenance.
  • Initiating and participating invarious personnel policy projects at the plants in closecoordination with HR management.
  • Collecting,coordinating, and implementing HR-specific requirements to designefficient and business-orientedprocesses.
  • Supporting the digitization ofprocesses and the implementation of IT systems in the HRarea.

YourProfile

  • Completeduniversity degree with a focus on human resourcesmanagement.
  • Several years of relevantprofessional experience in HR support, ideally in a manufacturingcompany.
  • Strong solution orientation,analytical skills for complex planning processes, and affinity fornumbers.
  • Good knowledge of labor and socialsecurity law, as well as experience in constructive and sustainablecooperation with works councils.
  • High serviceorientation, good time management, and a high degree ofindependence and flexibility regarding changing conditions andobjectives.
  • Team player with high commitmentand communication skills as well as a “hands-on”mentality.
  • Willingness for occasional,including multi-day business trips to the plants in south-westGermany.
