Responsibilities :

Largely independent processing of tasks in projects
Largely independent development of project proposals
Analysis and evaluation of methods in the field of data engineering, data analysis, design of experiments, machine learning and AI with regard to their relevance for the Freudenberg Group
Largely Independent application and implementation of the above-mentioned methods
Advising internal customers on the preparation, analysis and evaluation of relevant data
Creation of functional documentation and reports

Qualifications :

Completed technical or scientific studies or a comparable qualification

Knowledge of : statistical methods; common programming languages used for data analysis, such as “R”, “Python” or “Spark”; IT environment of continuous data flows (e.g. cloud applications in Azure or comparable environments)

Experience with data science methods for model creation, data analysis and evaluation

Experience in the use of distributed IT systems (data sources) and cloud-based solutions for data analysis, such as MS Azure Databricks, is advantageous

Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage
