Now,we are looking for a Human Resources Officer in our office in Germany
As part of the HR Team in Belgium, the HR OFFICER will work closely withthe HR Manager and the Global HR team to support a full range of HR programsincluding Talent acquisition management, onboarding and offboarding,compensation & benefits and payroll, employee engagement, policies, andcompliance. This role is expected to be hands on and will be % payroll andstaff administration management support.
What is the role About?
- HRBP for IPS Germany andSwitzerland
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resourceprograms including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave;disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talentmanagement; productivity, recognition.
- Payroll Preparation.
- Contract Management.
- Recruitment Processes in Germany / Switzerland.
- Onboarding / Offboarding Process
- Compensation & Labor Relations : support with Local retributionsystem improvement, ensuring compliance, employment law and legal requirements.
- Support on local implementation of Global HR Policies
- Support our people questions related to regulations and any other peoplerelated queries.
- Training and Development - Colaborate with National training needs andassign the team to the Global training.
- Follow up of annual performance process.
- Support on having HR reports headcount, FTE, turnover…) and updateHuman Resources Information System (Zoho People).
