Your Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D assets with a strong focus on modeling, texturing, and UV layouting
Follow modern game art workflows, including high-poly to low-poly baking
Ensure clean topology and optimized assets for real-time applications
Implement and optimize 3D models within the Unreal Engine 5 pipeline
Collaborate closely with artists, technical artists, and developers to ensure visual and technical consistency
Maintain high artistic and technical quality standards across all assets
Your Profile
At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable 3D art role
Strong skills in 3D modeling and general art fundamentals
Proficiency in Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max
Solid experience with Unreal Engine 4 and/or 5
Strong eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail, with the ability to develop own designs
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Nice to Have
Experience with 3D animation
Knowledge of rigging and skinning for characters
