The agency is seeking a Senior Account Manager Growth / Senior Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead their efforts with both existing and new clients, devising innovative solutions to their challenges.
You will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategies for the brands you manage, coordinating a team of experts in paid search, social media, SEO, affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising, creative services, data analytics, and CRM.
Key Responsibilities :
- Propel strategic and sustainable client growth, significantly impacting the company's expansion.
- Develop, oversee, and plan intricate digital client projects and journeys, with a strong focus on KPIs and profitability.
- Serve as the primary communication link between the agency’s clients and their cross-functional teams of creatives and strategists.
- Present strategies, concepts, and initiatives to clients, uncovering untapped potential.
- Offer strategic counsel on performance marketing and devise growth strategies tailored to client objectives.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience managing digital marketing projects with six-figure annual budgets.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing principles.
- Insight-driven and analytical, capable of building comprehensive and logical strategies.
- Proven success in providing strategic advice to clients and profitably leveraging expertise.
- Passionate about current digital industry trends and discussions.
- Skilled at articulating complex strategic ideas clearly.
- Proficient in giving clear directives for future actions, with a solid understanding of reporting and analysis.
