Your tasks

Are you passionate about supply chain management, operations, procurement and purchasing and have a particular passion for the food industry? Then KoRo is the ideal place for you! In the position of Supply Chain Manager - Replenishment (m / f / d), you will be responsible for our fascinating and diverse product range.

Your tasks include :

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of products, including supplier relationships and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product availability and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers and bottlers to coordinate production schedules, capacity planning, and order processes.
  • Drive the development and implementation of purchasing controls, ensuring consistent follow-through on action items.
  • Continuously optimize supply chain processes and actively support the implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the entire supply chain.

Your profile

  • Degree in business administration or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on supply chain management or logistics
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management in the food industry
  • You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate for your new position
  • You have excellent English skills, German is a plus
  • Having some experience with Dynamics Business Central and Netstock is a plus!
  • You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel
  • You have excellent analytical and communication skills
  • You are characterized by a structured way of working
