About the role

As a HR business Partner, you'll become the trusted advisor for our Kirchheim Plant and Munich office teams. You'll play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and executing our People policy and practices, aligning them with your departments' needs.

From a strategic perspective, you'll empower your teams, guiding managers and employees to reach their full potential and providing invaluable support on all People-related matters. This is your opportunity to shape the future of HR and help people excel in their careers.

You will be based in the plant in Kirchheim to really be in the heart of the action with the production team and be a visible member of the team in the Plant.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • You provide comprehensive advice to managers on employee relations, engagement, L&D, and illness.
  • You assume responsibility for your organization and departments
  • You guide people-centric strategic actions.
  • You lead or participate in HR initiatives.
  • You're a trusted sparring partner for Plant Management and Munich office managers.
  • You analyze HR data to enhance business performance.
  • You're a vital part of the Plant Management team.

  • Experience and attributes we value :

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR consultant / advisor / business partner.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a strong execution capability, especially in evolving organisations.
  • Expertise in German labor law.
  • Proficiency in managing social relations and steering the Works Council.
  • Seamless transition between strategic and operational problem-solving, adept at translating challenges into effective solutions.
  • Willingness to invest in deepening knowledge of the business for optimal support.
  • Fluent in both German and English, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Nice to Have Experience :

  • You hold a degree in a HR related field
  • Experience with Workday HRIS
  • Experience with change management.
