Software Engineer

  • Full Stack / Drupal

Your tasks

  • Development of solutions and independent implementation of complex software changes, including the creation and integration of new functionalities into existing systems
  • Specification of design solutions and responsibility for the results of complex software changes, including the development of specifications, software architecture and implementation planning as well as subsequent acceptance
  • Independent creation of documentation, update operational manuals and acceptance protocols
  • Analysis and evaluation of functional and technical requirements
  • Advising customers and users, creating proposals and recommendations and participating in decision-making
  • Working on complex, interdisciplinary projects, providing completed services and working independently on special tasks
  • What sets you apart

  • Completed studies in a scientific or technical field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, communications engineering) or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience as a software developer
  • Sound knowledge of software development, in particular in working independently and autonomously with modern programming languages as well as software development and maintenance methods, especially in the UNIX / Linux environment (e.g. Alma Linux, Ubuntu)
  • Many years of experience as a full-stack developer with extensive know-how in backend and frontend development (e.g. Java, Vue.js, Angular)
  • Experience in software development for Drupal 9 and Drupal 10
  • Knowledge of technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Git and GitLab is desirable
  • Experience with project management methods and the application of relevant standards and tools
  • High degree of analytical ability and goal orientation as well as cooperation skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
