Job Summary :

For our further expansion we are looking at the location Plattling for a

Key Account Manager (m / f / d) - Home & Commercial

These are your tasks :

  • Promoting growth and customer service for national as well as international existing customers in the area of Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC)
  • Identification of growth opportunities and proactive marketing of additional service portfolios to existing customers
  • Internal sales and customer contact for initial inquiries and proposals from mid-sized customers in assigned territory
  • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Follow up on open quotations until orders are received
  • Entering and maintaining accurate and complete customer master data in the CRM system
  • Achieving personal sales goals
  • Occasional customer / trade show visits and participation in customer events

What we expect :

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, technical business administration or completed studies in the field of marketing / sales or comparable
  • 2-4 year / s of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Workday is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the testing and certification industry is an advantage
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Very good customer service skills, high service orientation and communication skills
  • Detail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks / projects simultaneously
  • Independent and result-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to travel
