One of the major IT companies is looking for an experienced IT Sales professional with people management experience to join their team in Bonn.

In this role, you will be focused on building the team and coaching team members, as well as developing relationship with existing customers, as well as winning new business.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for establishing processes, ensuring employee results are monitored, setting measurable key figures and being responsible for reporting.
  • Your tasks will also include setting and tracking project milestones and goal achievements.
  • In your position, you keep an eye on everything : you ensure the interface to sales and are responsible for regular reporting to management.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Professional experience in telesales in the IT industry
  • You have managed and coached sales agents in your previous role
  • You have completed training / studies in the IT sector
  • Strong understanding of numbers and good analytical skills
  • Salary and Compensation

  • Competitive Base Salary - up to 70, base annually, depending on experience
