In this role, you will be focused on building the team and coaching team members, as well as developing relationship with existing customers, as well as winning new business.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for establishing processes, ensuring employee results are monitored, setting measurable key figures and being responsible for reporting.
- Your tasks will also include setting and tracking project milestones and goal achievements.
- In your position, you keep an eye on everything : you ensure the interface to sales and are responsible for regular reporting to management.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
Fluency in German and EnglishProfessional experience in telesales in the IT industryYou have managed and coached sales agents in your previous roleYou have completed training / studies in the IT sectorStrong understanding of numbers and good analytical skillsSalary and Compensation
