Business Application Expert Sales / Service

To strengthen our global project team, we are looking for you as a Business Application Expert Sales / Service . You will contribute to the Business Transformation Program at BAADER across the global organization, supporting the Sales and Service business together with the Global Process Owner.

• You will identify and document As-Is and further design To-Be business processes and their application-side execution on a global level. Ensuring that To-Be processes are aligned with our future ERP platform (S4 / HANA) and the CRM platform (Salesforce) standards as much as possible, especially in regards of data and transactions to be used.
• As a CRM Subject Matter Expert, you play a pivotal role in managing end-user expectations and provide support for key user and Global Process Owner. Your areas of expertise are “Lead to Quote” and “Sales / Service Order Management” processes.
• Build up future system architecture for Sales and Service key process areas with S4 / HANA, the CRM Platform and all surrounding applications as a basis for global standards and subject to implementation at all BAADER entities is your key responsibilities.
• Furthermore, participation in projects and contributing to its successful completion is essential, such as Sales / Service Order Processing, Field Service Management, et.al.
• You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent application and architecture implementation in the business unit and local IT organization globally.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or a related field and you are an expert in implementing Sales / Service business processes with CRM platforms – either SAP Cx and / or Salesforce, like Lead & Opportunity Management, Quote Creation & Approval, Order Processing and Synchronization with SAP ECC / S4 / HANA.
• You have experience in the administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud including Field Service Management.
• In addition, you have already gained integrations expertise between Salesforce and SAP S4 / HANA and / or SAP EEC.
• You also have comprehensive knowledge of the business processes in the respective specialist area as well as basic knowledge in the neighboring specialist areas. You have learned to make decisions and model processes.
