Are you ready to make a global impact? We are seeking a dynamic Process intern to join our innovative team. We drive change by implementing agile and efficient processes paving the way for sustained success at Dr. Oetker. Join us on a journey to transform the business, achieve operational excellence, and stay ahead in an ever-evolving marketplace.

In this function within the Data and Processes Department you are part of the Process team, which is responsible for the development, implementation and governance of Business Process Management (BPM) incl. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Process Mining.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will gain insights into the company Dr. Oetker and the international department “Data and Processes” for ideally 6 months.
You will support, in the creation and maintenance of process documentations especially in the context of international programs.
You will work closely with the Business Architect Teams (BATs) and a various stakeholders to gain insights across different departments.
You will support with questions from various stakeholders about modeling conventions (BPMN 2.0) and our process tool (BIC Cloud).
You will assist in RPA projects by preparing and designing use cases to enhance automation maturity across functions and countries.
You will support in the data-based analysis of our processes with our Process Mining solution.
Supporting the team in the preparation and follow up of workshops as well as in general administrative tasks.

WHAT YOU BRING

You are an enrolled student in the field of business administration, informatics, computer science, or similar.

Motivation and team spirit as well as hands-on & can-do attitude count among your personal strengths.

Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in process modelling, automation and mining or willingness to acquire it.

You have technology affinity and ideally you already made first experiences with programming.

You are familiar with the MS Office package (especially Teams, PowerPoint and Excel) .

Your strengths include a high degree of reliability and accuracy.

You enjoy communicating internationally (German / English).
