The Sales Manager establishes a direct sales presence for Koki in the Germany / Austria / Switzerland / Slovenia markets.
This role is crucial as it involves working with distributors to establish a commercial presence and directly managing key accounts to drive sales growth.
Primary responsibilities include driving overall organizational performance, ensuring sustained sales growth, and fulfilling reporting obligations to the company.
Your duties will encompass the comprehensive management of the sales department's effective operation and the supervision of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
The markets involved : Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia
7. Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and manage a direct sales presence in the specified markets.
- Work with distributors to establish a commercial presence.
- Directly close and manage key accounts.
- Manage all aspects of operations, including budgeting.
- Drive overall organizational performance and ensure sustained sales growth.
- Comprehensive management and effective operation of the sales department.
- Supervision of sales strategies and planning for business expansion and operational efficiency.
- Analysis of sales statistics and setting effective sales goals.
8. Qualifications :
- Preferred experience level : Proven experience in a sales management role, with hands-on sales activities, preferably within the electronics industry, solder materials, or a related industry.
- Have a degree (Bachelors / Masters) or qualification as a state-certified technician in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, electronics or similar
- Specific skills : Strong leadership, strategic planning, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
- Language proficiency : Fluency in German and English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
