Tasks

Your Responsibilities :

  • Manage comprehensive highvoltage projects from initiation to final handover ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Lead crossfunctional and international teams aligning efforts across engineering procurement and R&D to achieve project goals.
  • Drive product development and portfolio optimization focusing on timetomarket and increased competitiveness.
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution including installation supervision documentation and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships managing expectations and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform project strategies.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between stakeholders including suppliers and internal departments to deliver highquality outcomes.

Requirements

Your Qualifications :

  • Extensive experience in managing technical projects in the energy or industrial sector with a focus on highvoltage systems.
  • Strong expertise in project planning cost monitoring and crossdepartmental coordination.
  • Proven leadership in guiding international teams and stakeholders to successful project completion.
  • Advanced problemsolving and negotiation skills with a customercentric approach.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory with additional languages being an advantage.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes ERP systems and technical documentation.
  • Background in market analysis and strategic planning within energy or related industries.
