What will your dailyresponsibilities include in this role? Processing all incomingcustomer orders Ensuring order clarity (e.

g. price, accessories,delivery address, etc.) Preparation of international shippingdocuments with regard to packaging and shipping instructionsCoordination and delivery monitoring of shipments in coordinationwith the relevant plant dispatch department Preparation of shippingdocuments and notification of delivery to the forwarding agent andshipping department Preparation of business documents (letters ofcredit etc.

in accordance with country regulations Support orderprocessing - MEA Office in relation to prepared documents and theiraccuracy Sending documents to customers or forwarding to financedepartment for submission to bank (e.
