The Paid Social Campaign Manager we are looking for will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for paid social channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, and other platforms) to drive user acquisition and meet business goals for Scanner Pro. This role involves end-to-end management of campaigns, including optimization, testing, and budget management. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the Product Marketing Manager, Performance Creative Specialist, Content Producer, and Analyst, to ensure campaigns align with overall product marketing goals and deliver a high ROI.
What you will do :
- Develop and implement end-to-end strategies for paid social channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs
- Allocate and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI
- Partner with the Performance Creative Specialist to create and optimize creative assets that drive user engagement
- Monitor key metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on data analysis
- Maintain detailed logs of campaigns, experiments, performance, and optimizations; create and update decks and reports for internal stakeholders
- Scale test creatives to ensure continuous optimization and fresh content for campaigns
- Work on automating campaign processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Work with the PMM and other teams to refine acquisition strategies, ensuring smooth campaign execution
- Support other teams with your expertise when needed and provide feedback on product and design reviews
About you :
Over 5 years of experience managing large-scale, ROI-positive paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.), particularly within mobile app advertisingStrong ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance based on insightsProven experience managing mobile app acquisition campaigns, particularly in the app store ecosystemAbility to take initiative, make quick decisions, and rapidly adapt to changes in performance or market conditionsDeep understanding of how paid acquisition campaigns contribute to business goals such as user growth and revenueProficiency in ad platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTubeStrong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust)Ability to interpret and work with large datasets to inform campaign decisionsFamiliarity with A / B testing, creative testing frameworks, and their automationWhat you will get at Readdle :
