• Ensure the quality of financial market data in the central data system, providing high-quality data for downstream services and clients across group
• Manage complex client inquiries, including analyzing data flows and validating results
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with experts from other departments to implement changes, such as developing new quality checks or exploring AI use cases
• Resolve process or quality issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted service delivery
• Document processes and data flows to ensure transparency and clarity
• Define and implement KPIs and quality checks within dashboards to monitor data accuracy and performance
• Support the management and coordination of external service providers
• Contribute to projects aimed at meeting new client requirements, such as the integration of new data feeds
