Regional Sales Manager - South DE & DACH - Residential BESS - Remote
Overview :
My client's offer highly efficient solutions for BESS with Solar Systems, whilst their technology is market leading in the Stationary Storage field for homes & businesses.
A unique attraction for them, is they develop their Battery Storage & Inverters in house, here in Germany!
Responsibilities :
- Identify and build relationships with potential customers, partners, and industry influencers in South Germany & DACH
- Maintain and grow existing relationships with customers in this region
- Develop sales strategies & price agreements
- Support product training and customer events for their partners
- Management of sales activities, whilst working closely with the technical Sales team.
- Travel and visit customers on-site
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Requirements :
- 2+ Years Sales Experience
- 2+ BESS Experience.
- Technical knowledge of the BESS / Inverters
- Professional knowledge of battery systems & power conversion technologies
- Excellent and clear communication skills
- Fluent in German & English
- Willing to travel in the DACH region
- Ability to work independently
