Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management of the entire AS department in all administrative processes; especially OA related processes (MD approvals invoice handling etc)
• Lead preparation process for regular Budget Performance reviews HQ market visits Quarterly Review Meetings internal review meetings dealer round tables etc
• Support Management in organizing specific AS dealer events and AS convention
• Serve as flexible back-up in case of resource shortage in the AS departments
• Lead reporting for project management and follow up with relevant departments to identify gaps vs plan as early as possible
• Business trips may be required
• Ad hoc activities without specific pre-defined scope

Qualifications:

• Strong background in reporting and presentation preparation
• Minimum Bachelors degree is required with general understanding of automotive AS Business
• 2 years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
• Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries cultures regulations. Self-learning the ability to discover and solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must.
  Chinese is an add on
• High-level attention to details time management and accuracy. Strong PowerPoint/Canva and presentation skills.
• Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
