What will you do?

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering digital solutions (mainly software) within the company. You will work closely with the IT staff, sponsors, end-users and other stakeholders to ensure that the project objectives, scope, budget, and timeline are met. You will also manage the project risks, issues, and changes, and communicate the project status and progress to the relevant parties.

Ensure successful implementation of projects within project scope, budget and timeline.

• Coordinate and oversee the project activities, tasks, and milestones.
• Manage the project team, internal and external stakeholders and ensure that they perform their roles and responsibilities effectively.
• Monitor and control the project quality, performance, and deliverables, and ensure that they meet the project standards and expectations.
• Identify and manage the project risks, issues, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation.
• Lead groups of business and IT stakeholders to agree on functional and or technical requirements.
• Communicate the project status, progress, and issues to the relevant governance bodies.
• Ensure that the project documentation, records, and reports are complete, accurate, and up to date in our Project Management tools.

Conduct the project closure, evaluation, and lessons learned activities.
