Fund Domiciliation Officer (Fixed-term contract - 9 months)

FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.
Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions.
The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
As a member of the Fund Domiciliation team your role will be to assist our Pictet funds and third-party funds clients in the area of corporate life.
You will report to the Head of Transversal Operations.
Your role
- Monitoring the corporate life of the funds under administration.
- Filing the necessary documents with all the relevant bodies (RCS, CSSF, LBR, etc.).
- Drafting documentation for annual general meetings and ensuring that they are properly conducted.
- Assisting the legal advisor in holding ordinary and extraordinary general meetings.
- Updating legal documentation (collecting signatures, updating files, identifying and searching for documents, sending to internal departments and the relevant external bodies).
- Coordinating mailings to shareholders / unitholders.
- Managing fund-related data and legal documentation in the archiving system.
- Preparing applications and monitoring the listing on the Luxembourg stock exchange.
- Carry out daily screening checks relating to the domiciliation activity.
Your profile
Essential skills :
- Knowledge of the legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the investment fund industry in Europe (UCITS and AIF) and their application in corporate life.
- Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry and other jurisdictions.
- Good command of French and English.
Education / experience :
- BAC+3 type education in economics, law or finance.
- At least 2 years' experience in the fund domiciliation business.
- Very good command of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
