In this key role, you’ll act as both a creative product innovator and a technical project lead, ensuring the perfect balance between formulation, production, and quality.

Ready to perform? Your tasks with MAXXimum focus

• Develop and optimize new products in the field of sports nutrition and functional food (protein bars, chocolate bars, low-sugar and vegan snacks)
• Independently design and implement new product concepts and assortment extensions
• Provide technical guidance in recipe formulation, texture optimization, and process improvement
• Coordinate and communicate closely with production facilities – including product sampling, technical approvals, and production support
• Conduct and evaluate tastings to ensure product quality and flavor optimization
• Perform market and trend research to identify innovations in sports nutrition and confectionery
• Manage product development projects from idea to launch (recipes, pricing, specifications, calculations)
• Select and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring stable and efficient supply chains
• Review and approve product specifications, claims, and declarations in line with regulations
• Maintain product master data and support quality-related documentation and processes
• Attend trade fairs, tastings, and supplier visits

Your skillset - as strong as our protein

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition Science or a comparable field
• Professional experience in bar, chocolate, or confectionery development (mandatory)
• Strong technical understanding of formulations, textures, processes, and production technologies
• Experience in collaboration with international internal and external partners
• Fluent in English and ideally polish-language skills
• Confident user of MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of food law and labeling regulations (LMIV, Health Claims) is a plus
• Highly structured and organized working style with attention to detail
• Excellent communicator and proactive problem-solver with strong ownership mentality
