We are now looking for a committed Network Systematization Engineer to be located in Rosenheim, Germany.
We focus on advanced passive and active antenna systems from 2G to 5G and beyond. We’re engaged in antenna systemization to improve overall system performance, drive and secure antenna technology and development. The team is involved in all aspects of the product development process, technical studies, pre-development and designs for high volume products.
Your role will include antenna system engineering activities such as : requirement analysis, technical investigations on the performance of base station antenna products and new developments in the network and simulation tool development.
Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
