Skilled at analyzing user data and feedback to refine prompts and improve conversation flows. Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision. Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills. Capable of simplifying complex ideas and presenting them clearly and effectively. Comfortable working with potentially sensitive or challenging content. Relocation assistance is available. A positive and inclusive international work environment. David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO company which is looking to recruit for a Korean speaking AI Prompt Evaluator to join their team in Essen.
Role : AI Prompt Evaluator
Location : Essen, Germany
Work model : on-site

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Research, write, and edit short prompts, ensuring they're accurate, creative, and follow the brand’s voice and style guidelines.
- Develop smooth and logical conversation flows to create engaging and user-friendly interactions.
- Contribute to enhancing our speech system by helping create dialogues on a variety of topics, including more sensitive or controversial subjects.
- Review and analyze written content to ensure it’s factually correct and meets the style standards.
- Generate new prompt ideas and evaluate responses for clarity and relevance.
- Ensure the tone of the content matches the brand’s voice and resonates with the intended audience.
