Das werden deine Aufgaben sein

• Planung und Umsetzung einer kundenindividuellen Roadmap zur digitalen Transformation mithilfe unserer Premium Engagement Services
• Orchestrierung zum Aufbau und Realisierung von Prototypen zur Förderung innovativer Geschäftsszenarien
• Entwicklung eines Serviceplans zur technischen Absicherung geschäftskritischer Prozessszenarien und dessen Implementierungen / SAP-Landschaft
• Koordination von Servicelieferungen (insbesondere Positionierung & Scoping) und Nachhalten der Ergebnisse / Empfehlungen
• Business Development Aktivitäten sowie die betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerung des Kundenengagements
• Unterstützung des Kunden als Eskalationsinstanz in kritischen Situationen
• Stärkung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit – intern wie extern
