Privatal is currently mandated by a Pan-European Private Equity fund in their search for a new Group CFO. The company is in the IT Service and Technology sector where they have a clear buy-and-build strategy with an exit in 3 years.

The Ideal CFO Profile

• Demonstrated experience in Technology, IT Services, Infra, Telecommunication, and / or similar sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling companies via both organic and inorganic growth in various countries across the globe, mostly Europe.
• Demonstrated experience in transformation processes is required, which means implementing new systems such as ERP, reporting, consolidation, and further digitalisation.
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with banks for covenant reporting in an LBO scenario.
• Demonstrated experience in building up finance functions & teams and strong communication with local managing directors in subsidiaries and with private equity professionals for further value creation.
• Demonstrated experience of increasing metrics such as EBITDA, FCF, and revenues is seen as a must.
• Fluent in German and English is seen as a must, any other European languages is seen as a plus in addition.
